At MemoryLocket, every piece is custom-made with care. This Shipping & Delivery policy explains where we ship, how delivery works, and what to expect after placing your order.
1. Shipping Costs & Taxes
- We cover shipping costs and applicable taxes for all eligible destinations shown at checkout.
- The price you pay at checkout is the final price, with no hidden shipping or tax charges.
- In rare cases where local authorities apply unexpected fees, we will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee exemption from all regional regulations.
2. Countries We Ship To
We currently ship to:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- Canada
- Selected countries in Europe
- Selected international destinations
If your country or region is not available at checkout, unfortunately we cannot ship there at this time.
If a destination does not appear in our shipping options, we are unable to process or fulfill orders to that location.
3. Processing & Production Time
All MemoryLocket products are made to order.
- Orders enter production after successful payment
- Production times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (e.g. holidays, launches)
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
Because each item is custom, production begins shortly after ordering.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service.
- Shipping time estimates are provided at checkout where available
- Delivery times are not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or postal service disruptions
- Customs clearance processes
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses
- Orders returned due to address errors may require reshipping
6. Tracking Information
Where available:
- Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships
- Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take time to update
7. Customs & International Shipping
For international orders:
- Customs processing times vary by country
- Delays caused by customs are outside our control
We aim to make international delivery as smooth as possible and will assist with documentation if required.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order:
- Arrives damaged
- Appears lost in transit
- Is significantly delayed
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and any supporting information.
We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse shipments to regions not listed at checkout
- Cancel orders placed with unsupported shipping destinations (with a full refund)
